The solenoid pack has been cleaned and tested on a Solx2000 solenoid tester. The bushings have been replaced when needed.
Please make sure this is the correct solenoid before ordering. This solenoids fits the 5R55S and 5R55W transmission. It does not Fit the 5R55N transmission. If you have any questions please ask us first.

This rebuilt solenoid pack stands out above the rest with quality! Many people claim the solenoid has been rebuilt and tested but the problem has not been correct unless they remove the bushing in the solenoid for inspection on proper fit or replacement with new bushing.
These replacement bushings are not cheap so most places do not replace them. With this rebuilt solenoid you get the proper repaired solenoid pack that is adjusted correctly to factory spec's.
This solenoid pack controls pressure and shifting along with valve body and computer controls.
This solenoid has been cleaned, inspected/replaced bushing for pressure control solenoid A, B and C and the recalibrated the pressure on a Solx2000 solenoid testing machine.
The Solx2000 machine test the solenoid in hot transmission fluid and is ran through many tests to make sure the shift solenoids open and close properly.
We also test the TCC solenoid through many cycle test and different duty cycles for it operation.
Most importantly we address the main issue with the pressure control solenoids. The pressure control solenoids have a bushing that needs to be replace because they get sticky and contaminated. We inspect and change these bushing on these solenoid packs.
Comes with a new solenoid gasket/screen. Surface Finish: Has oil from testing, scratchs, nicks
After solenoid is install you need to clear the KAM (keep alive memory) in the computer with scan tool or disconnecting battery for 30 minutes sometime works. Also need to relearn the shift engagements and shift timing.
Instructions on the relearn are included!
This solenoid will not fix transmission with internal problem, valve body problems or computer problems. This transmission has many different problems that cause hard shifts and engagement problems the solenoid pack usually fix a lot of them but not all of them.
